A factory built on repeat orders.
Not one-off sales.

We started in 2011 with two people, a bench grinder and an order for twelve swords. Today we supply film productions, cosplay brands and LARP retailers in more than forty countries — and we still quote every enquiry as if it were the first one.

Makers first.
Exporters second.

Most companies selling prop swords overseas are trading offices that pass your file to a factory they have never visited. We are the factory. The person answering your email can walk across the floor and ask the toolmaker directly.

01

We say no when we should

If your target price is below what the material and labour cost, or the design cannot be made safe, we tell you before you order rather than after.

02

Your artwork stays yours

Custom designs, moulds and tooling made for you are not added to our catalogue or offered to another buyer.

03

Problems get solved, not blamed

If something is wrong with a shipment, we replace or credit it. That is cheaper for both of us than arguing about it.

Four rules.
We do not bend them.

Craft over volume

A blade that leaves our workshop with a visible flaw is a blade that costs us a customer. Cosmetic inspection is 100%.

Honest quoting

We quote the real price first time, with the variables written out, so there are no surprises when the invoice lands.

Safety by design

Blunt edges, rounded tips and tested constructions are the default, not an upgrade you have to ask for.

Long-term partnership

We would rather earn a smaller margin on ten years of orders than a large one on a single container.

Inside the workshop.

Replace these placeholders with photographs of your own workshop, team and finished products — real images convert far better than stock photography.

actually deal with.

You get one sales contact and one production contact — both reachable directly, both able to answer questions without escalating to somebody else.
