What is your minimum order quantity?
100 pieces per design for new tooling, and there is no minimum on stock and catalogue items. For repeat partners and mixed container loads we routinely go below that — tell us your plan and we will price it honestly.
Can you work from my drawing, or only from your catalogue?
Both. Roughly seven in ten of our orders are custom. Send a CAD file, a hand sketch with dimensions, or even a physical sample — we will return a digital proof and a tooling cost before you commit to anything.
Do your LARP and cosplay blades meet safety requirements?
We build to the standard your market requires — EN 71, CPSIA or your own protocol — and can arrange third-party testing at an accredited laboratory. Tell us the destination country and the intended age group and we will confirm what is needed at quotation stage.
How do you ship, and who handles customs?
Air, sea and rail freight are all available. We can quote FOB, CIF or DDP door-to-door, and we prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and certificates of origin. Where DDP is quoted, the duty is covered by us and the goods arrive at your door cleared.
Can our logo go on the product and packaging?
Yes — laser engraving on the blade or hilt, silk printing on sheaths and handles, and fully custom retail boxes, inserts, hangtags and barcodes.
What are your payment terms?
Typically a 30% deposit with the balance against the bill of lading, by T/T or through Trade Assurance. Other terms can be discussed once we have a working relationship and a confirmed production schedule.
